How to submit a project
to EBEA 2026?
Submitting an entry to the EBEA competition is simple – if you know what you did and why.
Below you will find step-by-step instructions, the price list, the schedule, and answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Choose a category
Read the descriptions of all competition categories and decide which one, or ones, best fit your project. You can submit one project in several categories – each entry requires a separate fee. If you are unsure which category to choose, contact us at: konkurs@hrminstitute.pl

Download the competition guide
Before completing the form, read the EBEA 2026 Competition Guide (PDF). It includes detailed evaluation criteria for each category, guidelines for describing your project, and a list of required attachments.

Pay the competition fee
Participation in the competition is subject to a fee. After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation by email. The order number must be provided in the competition entry form.

Complete the competition entry form
The form is available online at ebeaawards.com/formularz. It consists of three sections: company and contact person details, project description according to the guidelines for the selected category, and attachments such as creative materials, links, data, and presentations. You can save the form and return to it later.

Wait for the results
After the submission deadline, the jury will begin evaluating the projects. Each entry is assessed individually by several jury members. The results – the list of finalists and winners – will be published on the website in October 2026.
