Jury
EBEA 2026

Projects submitted to the EBEA Awards are evaluated by an expert jury composed of experienced employer branding practitioners, HR professionals, marketers and researchers. Each project is assessed by several jurors, and the final score is the arithmetic average of their individual evaluations.

Jurors operate independently from the organizer and do not evaluate projects submitted by companies with which they have any professional relationship.
For the 15th edition, international experts will join the jury panel.
Details coming soon.

How Does
the Evaluation
Process Work?

Each juror independently evaluates projects assigned to the categories within their area of expertise.

The evaluation is based on a standardized scorecard aligned with the criteria described in the Competition Rules and the Competition Guide.
The jury members do not consult with one another before assigning scores – this ensures the independence of the results.

The final result is the arithmetic average of all scores awarded by jurors within a given category.

The jury may grant distinctions and main awards, or decide not to grant an award if the quality of submissions does not meet EBEA standards.
